Sipapu's School Program has hosted thousands of students across New Mexico for over fifty years, teaching kids and teens how to safely ski and snowboard. Open to any New Mexico school for students in first grade through high school, including homeschools, this program offers a unique outdoor learning experience for all skill levels. Half day and full day classes are offered most Mondays through Thursdays. School groups must attend at least two classes per ski season. Cost incudes rentals, lift ticket and ski school lesson.

Sipapu also partners with Highlands University and Northern New Mexico College to offer an eight-week PE class, available for class credit. The course typically begins in mid-January and meets on Sunday afternoons. During the eight lessons, students will learn to ski or snowboard or how to improve their skills. To enroll, contact Highlands University or Northern New Mexico College, or (if you are interested in taking this course as continuing education and do not need or want college credit) register directly through Sipapu.
