A C-Tier PDGA sanctioned tournament, the Rio Pueblo Open is open to pros and amateurs, and all divisions will be offered (3 minimum).
This tournament takes place at three disc golf courses, giving players the unique opportunity to play three unforgettable and distinctly unique courses all located within minutes of each other:
Picuris Pueblo Disc Golf Course (1st Round)
This high desert course offers spectacular views, creative routes and great shot variety.
Two Gray Hares Disc Golf Course (2nd Round)
With its pastoral setting and minimal climbing, Two Gray Hares offers creative pin placements and shot variety that's easy to navigate.
Sipapu Disc Golf Course (3rd Round)
Hailed as one of the most scenic disc golf courses in the country, Sipapu's alpine course features epic shots, incredible elevation changes, stream crossings and amazing wildflower meadows.
Three rounds, three different courses
Round 1 starts at 9:30 a.m.- 20 holes at Picuris Pueblo DGC
Round 2 starts after Round 1 (around 2:30 p.m.)- 20 holes at Two Grey Hares DGC
Round 3 starts at 10 a.m.- 20 holes at Sipapu Ski and Summer Resort DGC
Online registration closes on May 13, 2013, and the below divisions will be available (minimum of 3 in each division):
Open Men/Women- $60
Pro Masters/GM - $55
All Advanced- $45
All divisions (except junior) must be current PDGA members, otherwise a $10 PDGA fee will apply.
