Sipapu offers two extraordinary restaurant options, located at the base area in the heart of our resort:
Sipapu's newest restaurant opened in March 2010, and the outdoor restaurant and full bar offers New Mexico's best riverside dining experience. The simple yet thoughtful menu clearly weaves a New Mexico influence in nearly every dish,and guests who grab a seat at the bar will be able to watch and interact with the cooks as meals are prepared in front of them. Paradise also boasts an impressive bar menu, including a full bar.
In addition to the amazing food and incredible views, in the summer guests can enjoy free disc golf at the resort’s world-class 20-hole course, free fishing (a New Mexico fishing license is required and is available for purchase at Sipapu), free hiking in alpine meadows and more.In the winter, Sipapu's outdoor restaurant is the perfect place to watch skiers and snowboarders play in the snow and meet family and friends over a drink or meal.

Located on the second level of our historic lodge, the Riverside Cafe offers fresh ingredients and only the highest quality food. Our cozy, quintessential lodge restaurant delivers an extraordinary dining experience, whether you are looking to grab a fresh handheld burrito, enjoy a burger with the family during lunch, or savor a quiet evening over a steak or classic New Mexican dish.
The adjacent lounge offers top shelf spirits, a huge assortment of beers and several local drafts. Our friendly staff go out of their way to make sure your dining experience is a pleasant one, and you’ll enjoy it all while taking in the spectacular views outside the restaurant windows or on our balcony.
