DATE: June 20, 2009 AGENDA: Registration: 8:00-8:45 Mandatory Meeting 8:45-9:00 (Required for all Derby participants) Fishing Derby 9:00-3:00 Awards Ceremony 4:00 Derby Dinner 3:30-7:00 The Derby Dinner includes games and activities for all ages, a BBQ dinner on our riverside patio and demonstrations on how to cook your fish! RULES: Trout are the only eligible fish to enter the contest. No fish will be accepted after 3 p.m. All participants must remain on Sipapu property (on our stocked trout pond or the Rio Pueblo). All participants must follow rules and guidelines as mandated by the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish. A New Mexico fishing license is required (available for purchase at our store). COST: Adults (ages 13 and over) are $10 per entry - add’l $12 for the BBQ dinner Children (ages 12 and younger) are $5 per entry - add’l $8 for the BBQ dinner FREE for those taking advantage of the Father’s Day Fishing Derby Package AWARDS: Cash prizes will be offered to the participant who catches the biggest fish and the participant who has the biggest stringer! |
